Colleytown is a little different every year. Colleytown started as a kitchen sink blend of a very tasty Syrah from Washington state with the remnants of our estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Chambourcin and finished up in oak barrels to give it its distinctive smoky flavor with a heavy tannin bite. Lighter bodied, but still very dry, Colleytown pairs well with beef dishes and the end of a long day.
