Sweater Weather Caramel Apple Spritz

Fall in a glass, this spritz is the perfect way to welcome the cooler weather

Equipment

  • 1 Glass of choice
  • 1 Stirring spoon

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Grinder's Switch Winery Dixiana (Can also use Blondy or General I if you want a sweeter version)
  • 1 oz Apple cider
  • 1/2 oz Caramel syrup
  • 1-2 oz Ginger Ale to top
  • 1 pinch cinnamon or apple pie spice
  • 1 scoop ice

Instructions

  • Rim your glass with cinnamon sugar by wetting the edge of the glass and dipping into cinnamon sugar
  • Add wine, cider, and caramel over ice
  • Stir well, top with ginger ale
  • Garnish with a thin apple slice (if desired)
  • Enjoy!
