How It Works
Step 1: Choose The Wine Membership and select “this is a gift”
*Please note, the online form is for ship-to memberships only. If you would like to gift a pick up membership where the recipient picks up their wine releases from one of our stores, please call Heather at (931) 729-3690 and Press 4 for Wine Club.
Quarterly Wine Club
All of your favorite Dry, Sweet, or mixture of Dry and Sweet wines, all year round. Members receive their choice of 3,6, or 12 bottles per shipment. Each shipment includes our quarterly newsletter with delicious recipes and more! Plus, receive a fun gift two times per year!
SHIPMENT FREQUENCY: March, June, September, December
SHIPMENT QUANTITY: 3, 6, or 12 bottles per shipment
SHIPMENT PREFERENCE: Choose from a selection of Sweet, Dry or Mixed Wines, with the option to customize each order.
MEMBER DISCOUNTS: 3 & 6 Bottle members receive 15% off wine purchases. 12 Bottle members receive 20% off wine purchases.
COST: No membership fee or cost to join. See estimated pricing below per shipment based on your club preference.

Sweet Selection: Selection of Sweet wines including wines such as Blackberry Express, Honeysuckle Rose, Razzbury, Muscadine, Blondy, and Switch Red.
3 bottles: $44-$48 per shipment
6 bottles: $89-$92 per shipment
12 bottles: $165-$174 per shipment
Dry Selection: Selection of Dry and Off-dry wines including wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Pullman Red, Colleytown, 3-8-2, Chardonnay, Vidal Blanc, and Ivory Mist.
3 bottles – $50-$69 per shipment
6 bottles – $105-$130 per shipment
12 bottles – $201-$245 per shipment
Mixed Selection: Selection of sweet, semi-sweet, off-dry and dry wines – a nice mixture of the wines listed in the Dry and Sweet clubs.
3 bottles – $51-$57 per shipment
6 bottles – $100-$113 per shipment
12 bottles – $193-$228 per shipment

Monthly Wine Club – Club 30
Club 30 is designed to be an affordable, convenient way for our fans who live far away to enjoy Grinder’s Switch wine all the time – a monthly wine subscription that includes 4 bottles of either Sweet wines or Dry wines (your choice!) automatically shipped to you or your loved ones’ door. Members of Club 30 receive SHIPPING INCLUDED every month. Of course, if you can make it in for a visit, you receive complimentary tastings and member discounts in-store.

Gift 2 shipments, 3 or 4 shipments, or keep it ongoing and cancel when it feels right.
Step 3: Get the Membership Started
We will send their first order right away, along with a welcome gift!
Step 4: We’ll Take It From Here
Once we receive and verify your order, we will send the lucky recipient a welcome gift along with their first shipment and a certificate with their membership details including who gifted them the membership.
To include a personalized gift note from you with their first order, please email heather@gswinery.com with the note that you’d like to include.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details on the membership which you can forward to the recipient. Please note that an adult signature is required for delivery of alcohol so please make the recipient aware that someone will need to be home to sign for their special gift.
Your card will be charged for the recipient’s first wine shipment now, then for each subsequent quarterly order (the 1st of the month – quarterly March, June, September and December). The first shipment will count towards the closest quarterly release month.
