The General 1

General I is an estate grown sweet, white muscadine wine. Muscadine is a native grape to the Southeast and grows wild all around the state of Tennessee. General I is from our Carlos variety and has a distinctive earthy sweetness. This pairs well with pork dishes and fruit desserts.
