Where: Grinder's Switch Winery

2119 Highway 50 W. Loop, Centerville, Tennessee

When: Sunday, November 15th, 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Who can apply?

We would like to invite artists and handmade crafters to showcase their wares, talents, baked goods, and/or services at this special Vendor event.

Please get your applications in early to reserve your spot - there is limited space!

Vendor Spaces:

Booth size is 10' x 10' outdoors on the grassy lawn. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. Tents are not required, but are highly recommended. Electricity is available upon request - please specify when sending in your application (additional $10).

*We have very limited spaces inside of our event room reserved for vendors with items that are delicate to weather, such as baked goods, etc. These spaces have room for a 6 foot table. If you require an indoor space, please specify when sending your application.

Booth Fee: $20 plus a donation of one of your items to go towards our Toy Drive Door Prizes - we will send an invoice via Quickbooks for the fee after your application is accepted. Please have your donation item ready when you arrive for the event.

Deadline: Please pay your booth fee no later than Sunday, November 1st to reserve your space.

Event Set Up

Set-up time will begin at 9:30 am.

All vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 11:30a.m. and must maintain their booth space until 3:30pm.

Load-in / Load-Out

Load in will begin at 9:30am. You will pull up next to or on the side of the event room, located behind the tasting room (you will drive past the tasting room on the right hand side). We ask vendors to unload items to their space, MOVE YOUR VEHICLE to the vendor parking area, THEN set up your space. There is limited space with a lot of traffic during set up, please be courteous to others while everyone is getting set up. Wyldeflour Pizza food truck will be here by 11am, so please make sure to arrive well before that, as he will be blocking the entrance to the load-in area and vendor parking. (Vendor parking is located behind the barn.)

Event Rules

  • No pets allowed (except service animals).
  • Please keep your area clean throughout the event and after packing up at the end of the day.
  • All cars must be moved to vendor parking by 11am.
  • Vendors must stay set up until 3:30pm.
  • There is an employee and vendor bathroom located in the back of the tasting room, accessible through the back door closest to the event room. Please try to keep the two tasting room bathrooms open for guests.
  • There will be a food truck at the event (Wyldeflour Pizza.), but feel free to pack your own food, drinks and snacks. The only alcohol allowed on property is our own.

If you would like to come out and visit the winery to check out the venue, please stop by any time during regular hours (12-5pm Monday-Thursday, 10am-6pm Fri-Sat, and 12-5pm Sundays).
