Hello GSW Wine Club Members & fans,

I wanted to formally introduce myself as your new Wine Club Manager!

My name is Heather Johnson, and I am newer to the beautiful state of Tennessee – originally from Northern California, (about an hour and a half from San Francisco) smack dab in the middle of California’s “wine country” in Sonoma County. Surrounded by vineyards and wineries, I started working in the wine industry at age 18 and loved it so much that I decided to pursue my degree in Wine Business.

While I enjoyed growing my career in the California wine country, it was time for a change. So, in November of 2020 my husband and I made the decision to pack up everything we own, along with our five critters and move cross-country to tiny little Centerville, Tennessee. It was the best decision we have ever made! The community has been so welcoming, and we have loved every moment of being here. Not to mention, there just so happens to be two wineries here in the small town of Centerville, of which we had no idea until after we moved into our home. What are the chances?!

I am so blessed and excited to begin this new adventure at Grinder’s Switch Winery, and work side by side with the wonderful family who have created and shared this special place.

I look forward to getting to know each of you and swapping stories at future events and club pick-ups! In the meantime, please feel free to reach out at any time for any reason – even if it’s just to say hello.
