3-8-2 is made from our estate grown Chambourcin grapes. Chambourcin grapes grow in large juicy clusters with lots of blackberry and vanilla flavors that lend themselves perfectly to this easy to drink dry red wine. Along with an inherent sweetness, 3-8-2 also has a hint of oak and a deep currant color. This wine pairs well with any tomato based sauces such as spaghetti or pizza and is divine all by itself.
