Chardonnay

Our Chardonnay is unoaked and aged in stainless steel. Leaving Chardonnay unoaked means that the grape retains a sharp, citrus taste that is very refreshing. This dry white wine pairs well with lighter seafood or chicken dishes or light pasta dishes.
