- Fill up a glass halfway with ice.
- Put the ice in a cocktail shaker (or blender if you want it blended).
- Add pineapple juice, coconut milk, simple syrup, Blondy wine, and lime juice.
- Shake it all up in the shaker until it's nice and cold. (If you want it blended, blend it all together in the blender).
- If using a shaker, strain the blend all into a glass.
- Top off with sprite and add a cherry and piece of pineapple for garnish.
