Method
- In a saucepan combine the cranberries, Cran-merry wine and honey.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes until the cranberries have softened and the sauce is thick.
- Pour into a container and refrigerate.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place wheel of brie in an oven-safe serving dish and bake until soft and gooey - about 15 minutes.
- Top with cranberry sauce (you probably won’t need all of it) and chopped walnuts. Drizzle with extra honey if desired.
