Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz Cou Rouge Strawberry wine
  • 1 handful Frozen (or Fresh) strawberries
  • 1 handful fresh chopped basil plus one leaf for garnish
  • 1/2 oz orange bitters
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 1 slice lime wedge round plus an extra for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Glass of choice
  • 1 Muddler

Method
 

  1. Add your lime wedge to your glass
  2. Muddle basil & strawberries
  3. add Cou Rouge, bitters and ice
  4. Top with club soda
  5. Garnish and enjoy!
