In 2015, Joey and Gail recognized a promising opportunity to grow their business by opening a satellite store in Nashville. It was a big decision, but one they felt would be a great fit for their growing winery. They took the leap, and it turned out to be a pivotal moment for their business.

At the time, their daughter Jodie was running a successful catering business out of the winery. However, she decided to take on a new challenge and shifted her focus to help open the Nashville tasting room. Meanwhile, their son Mick stepped into the role of managing the vineyard and overseeing maintenance at both locations.

Jodie was at the Nashville store almost every day leading up to the opening of the Nashville store—and long after—ensuring everything was running smoothly and that the store reached its full potential for success. Her dedication was a big part of what made the opening so special.

Ten years ago, on Tuesday, April 29th, we opened the doors to our first satellite location with a simple mission: to share our love for wine with the Nashville community. Since then, they’ve become like family, and we’re beyond grateful for every conversation, every tasting, and every memory made along the way. What an incredible journey it’s been!
