Sinful Sintra Chocolate Martini wine cocktail made with Grinder's Switch Winery port-style wine

Midnight Chocolate Martini

Silky. Dark. Decadent.

Meet the cocktail that proves red wine belongs on the dessert menu.

Our Midnight Martini is a rich, chocolate-forward cocktail built around our Chambourcin dry red wine—382. Known for its deep color and smooth structure, 382 brings subtle dark fruit notes and a velvety backbone that pairs beautifully with cream and chocolate. The result? Think dark chocolate truffle vibes in a glass.

This isn’t a sugary, over-the-top dessert drink. The dry character of the Chambourcin keeps it balanced, while the cream softens the edges and the chocolate adds just enough indulgence. It’s silky without being heavy. Decadent without being overly sweet. Exactly what you want when the night calls for something a little extra.
