This Valentine’s Day, we’re celebrating love, chocolate, and a very special wine release with a cocktail that’s as indulgent as the occasion. Introducing the Sinful Sintra Chocolate Martini—a decadent dessert martini crafted with our final vintage of Sintra, our port-style wine made from estate-grown Touriga Nacional.

Only 96 cases of Sintra were produced, and once it’s gone, it’s truly gone. To mark the moment, we created a cocktail that brings out everything we love about this wine—its rich, cozy character and smooth, lingering finish—then layered it with cream and chocolate for a sip that feels like dessert in a glass.

  • 4 oz Blackberry Express
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 4 oz unsweetened tea (or sweet if you like extra sweet)
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 1 cup ice

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Your glass of choice)

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaked
  2. Give it a shake in the cocktail shaker
  3. Pour over ice
  4. Enjoy!
