Sinful Sintra Chocolate Martini

Meet Your Valentine: The Sinful Sintra Chocolate Martini

This Valentine’s Day, we’re celebrating love, chocolate, and a very special wine release with a cocktail that’s as indulgent as the occasion. Introducing the Sinful Sintra Chocolate Martini—a decadent dessert martini crafted with our final vintage of Sintra, our port-style wine made from estate-grown Touriga Nacional.

Only 96 cases of Sintra were produced, and once it’s gone, it’s truly gone. To mark the moment, we created a cocktail that brings out everything we love about this wine—its rich, cozy character and smooth, lingering finish—then layered it with cream and chocolate for a sip that feels like dessert in a glass.

The Sinful Sintra Chocolate Martini is:

  • Rich & fudgy

  • Velvety smooth

  • Perfectly balanced

  • Dangerously delicious

It’s the kind of drink you should share… but might not want to.
